Tayo Adeyemi is a community builder, creative producer, and founder of The Mandate Development Centre (TMDC) based in Greater Moncton, New Brunswick. Through TMDC and TMDC Studios, he develops programs and media platforms that equip emerging creatives, elevate underrepresented voices, and strengthen civic engagement.

He leads initiatives such as Moncton Creates, a community of creatives focused on storytelling, photography, content creation, and creative entrepreneurship. His work also includes producing community-centered talk shows and special civic editions that foster informed dialogue and social impact.

Passionate about purpose-driven media, Tayo is committed to building collaborative film and storytelling ecosystems in New Brunswick. He is particularly interested in documentary storytelling, community narratives, and creating accessible pathways for young and emerging filmmakers to develop their craft.
