David Dairo-Singerr is a new member of the NB Film Co-op. He has recently finished his 4th year at UNB in Fredericton, double majoring in Drama and Film (under Media, Arts, and Cultures). David has worked on various theatre productions, acting or performing behind the scenes. Notable ones are Duels & Duets (2020), TomorrowLove (2021), Ends of the Earth (2022), and most recently, Henry V (2023) with TUNB. He has also worked behind the scenes in previous high and middle school shows.
David has worked with Bard in the Barracks and NotaBle acts over the summer of 2022, doing behind-the-scenes work and acting. His most recent work was the show Marriage: A demolition in two acts, where David took on the technical director role. As far as David's film career goes, he has made multiple short films and creative projects. Notable ones are Laury Therapy (2021), and Dinner is Served (2020), with UNB teacher Tony Merzetti. His most recent film experience was in his FILM4000 class with teacher and Film Co-op member Cam Woykin. David is eager to learn more about filmmaking with the NB Film Co-op.
