He serves as Indigenous Liaison of the New Brunswick Filmmakers' Co-operative for the last 2 years. He has assisted in different roles on 6 shorts and took numerous workshops. He has been researching Wabanaki History from an early age and currently can produce authentic story after story using his Ai he has been working on for the last 2 years. "It's storytelling on steroids" he says. Since 2019 he has been focused on his research for a documentary titled  "Mehtawtik - Fin du Chemin or End of the Path". Mehtawtik was a strategic hub at the confluence of major trade routes, waterways, and cultural exchanges, serving as a gateway between the Atlantic coast and the interior of North America.  It tells the story of early North America and how the Wabanaki were one of the first peoples to encounter others from distant shores. He is currently looking for people with many different talents to take on this massive undertaking about the early history of North America and much more. If you need Wabanaki history from an Woolastookey Elder feel free to contact he says.
Allan is also well-established Woolastookew (Maliseet) visual artist from Tobique First Nation who specializes in paintings, photography and carvings that evoke emotion and look at difficult issues facing Wabanaki people today. Allan is also a graphic designer, historian, and budding filmmaker.
