Laurence Sparks is a 1987 Concordia animation graduate with a Forest Technician's degree from the Maritime Institute of Forest Technology. He is now a consultant with Appen.com and works remotely to maintain his creative independence. Most recently Laurence was a member of the Fredericton Society of artists for two years exhibiting pastel works mostly and he did a few commissions as well.
Laurence has a personal video project in the works at the moment.

Britany Sparrow is originally from Vernon, British Columbia, and has been making films in New Brunswick since 2006. After graduating from UNB with a BA in English (Creative Writing) and a certificate in Film and Video Production, Britany joined the New Brunswick Filmmakers’ Co-operative, and she directed her first short film (The Perfect Cliché) in 2007. Since then she has directed 9 films including The Morning After (Short Film Venture), True Hollywood Romance, Gamers: A Love Story (on CBC Download), Chopsticks (NB Joy), Here Without You, Co-Ed (collaboration with writer/director Gordon Mihan), Friend Zone (artsnb), and Stand By You. She has also co-produced 3 short films including Strange Hobby (dir. Allen Galloway), Gary (dir. Jon Brenan), and Zombies vs. Cannibals (dir. Rob Gemmell). She is currently in pre-production for her first feature film, Still Your Song.
Britany has worked on over 75 film and video projects including short films, feature films, training videos, TV pilots, and web series. She specializes in production management and assistant directing and has also mentored many first-time filmmakers as they navigated their first project. Britany was also the co-creator of the award-winning Fredericton 48 Hour Festival films Sucker Fish (2017) and Growing Younger (2018).
In 2022, Britany was presented with a Special Recognition Award at the Silver Wave Film Festival for her long-time contributions to the NB Film Co-op as president, teacher, and mentor. In 2020, she was awarded the WIFT-AT Salute to a Woman Working in Film in New Brunswick. In 2011, Britany was awarded the Recognition Award for a person, group, or organization who has contributed to film and video in the province of New Brunswick in a volunteer capacity at the Silver Wave Film Festival.
She is the Past-President of the NBFC, a former board member of WIFT-AT, and was formerly the editor for WIFT-AT’s newsletter Tidings.

Andrew Spear is an award winning writer, producer, director based in Shediac, NB. After graduating from York University's film program, he was hired as a commercial producer for CKSA-TV in Lloydminster, Alberta before moving on to a larger market station, CKND -TV in Winnipeg. There he created ads for clients such as the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, The United Way and Radio Shack. Now, through his production company, MacSpear Film, he has written, produced and directed short films that have been official selections and won awards at international film festivals, from Hollywood to Chicago to Toronto to London to Berlin to Sweden to Madrid.

Amy Stewart is a multidisciplinary artist with over 20 years of experience in photography, music, and filmmaking. She began her career as a professional photographer and pianist before transitioning into film, where she has worked in various roles on set and in production offices. Formerly an Executive Producer at Hemmings House Pictures, Amy now owns ASProductions Inc., collaborating with top industry professionals as a Producer and Director. Passionate about authentic storytelling, her work explores themes of motherhood, mental wellness, and human complexity. She is also a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion in the arts, serving as a board member and Membership Committee Chair for WIFT-Atlantic and on the Diversity Committee for Media NB. Currently, Amy is in pre-production for her first narrative horror short and post-production on her debut documentary.

A multidisciplinary creative with a background in dance, visual art, and film production. She began choreographing at a young age and has since contributed to stage and screen projects in both performance and behind-the-scenes roles.
Her film experience includes background performance in The Town Clown and other Malley Films projects, as well as serving on the production team for InJustice, where she worked in costuming, set decoration, hair and makeup, and appeared on screen as the character Rhonda. She was also part of the production team for Not Half Bad Productions’ musical Freddy the Last Fish, contributing choreography, costumes, hair and makeup, rehearsal support, and production assistance.
In addition to film work, she has been invited to choreograph routines for auditions and drag performances. She is currently instructing Jazz Fitness classes for the 50+ community and continues to expand her skills across choreography, makeup, and collaborative production roles. She is available for film and stage projects and values creative teamwork and adaptability on set.
Deborah is teaching beginners kids musical theater and adult Jazz/funk at the Oromocto Dance School.
