Michelle Allard

Bio:

Michelle Allard is a newcomer to the Film Co-op community. She is just finished her second year of her Bachelor of Applied Arts through UNB with a focus on theater and film. She's performed in 3 TNB plays including Metamorphosis (2021), Middletown (2022), and Paradise Lost (2023), before that she had 4 years of high school theater experience. She's acted in UNB's 2999 film class (2022) short film "Protomax" and has written and directed her own short film called "The Dream" for the same class the following year. She's comfortable both in front and behind the camera. She took six years of vocal/singing classes with Natalie Renault and sang in many concerts for the class. She has experience with crafting props, like sewing the angel wings for TNB's Paradise Lost. She also knows her way around a paintbrush because of her 5 years of painting classes with Rich Arts in Campbelton and her time building sets for TNB's various shows.

Alex Allard graduated from the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design’s Digital Media Diploma program in 2019. During COVID, he decided to complete a Bachelor of Applied Arts at University of New Brunswick 2021-24 specializing in Film and Media Arts and Cultures. He has written, directed and shot a number of student films at both schools. One of which, Can You Keep A Secret, screened at Silverwave Film Festival in 2019. Alex is eager to keep making films in whatever capacity he can.

Bio:

Teagan is a passionate creative from Moncton, NB, balancing life as a wife, mom, actor, and filmmaker with a career in procurement for the federal government. A dedicated supporter of the arts, Teagan has acted with a number of theatre groups in Moncton since moving to the area in 2017, and has served on the Board of Directors for Hubcity Theatre since 2021, contributing to Moncton's vibrant theatre scene. 

Teagan’s love for writing and rich storytelling extends to film, with her debut short The Job earning recognition at the 2024 Silver Wave Film Festival, including nominations for Outstanding Male Lead Performance and Excellence in Music Composition, as well as placing 13th in the Top 20 Audience Choice Films. Her second short film, No Straws, was also accepted into the 2025 Silver Wave Film Festival, where it received nominations for Excellence in Screenwriting, Excellence in Music Composition, and Excellence in Sound Design, ultimately winning Excellence in Music Composition and landing in the Top 20 Audience Choice Films.

An avid writer and performer, Teagan is always eager to collaborate with fellow filmmakers and creatives to bring compelling stories to life.
