Peter is a writer/director based in Fredericton, NB. In 2023 he graduated from UNB's Media Arts and Cultures program. He's worked on many short films, and a couple features over the past few years, and is always happy to help in capacity. 

He's created a few of his own short films as a student at UNB. In 2023 he received a short film venture grant to produce his first official short film, STUCK. The film won best Sound design, Music composition, Picture editing, Lead performance, and Best NB Short at the 2024 Silver Wave Film Festival.

Rebecca E Tremblay is a director, producer and screenwriter based in Fredericton, New Brunswick. She has written, directed and produced 6 short films, co-directed a television pilot episode, and worked on the set of 3 television series (script supervisor/continuity, wardrobe supervisor, 3rd AD, background casting). Her film work has been broadcast on CBC and screened at film festivals across Canada and the US, garnering multiple awards. Recognized with grants from The Canada Council for the Arts, The New Brunswick Arts Board, CBC Atlantic, the JL Legacy Fund and The Canada Media Fund, Rebecca’s storytelling is known for expressing the complexity, richness and emotional truth of women’s lived experience.

Rebecca is the founder of Elmire Films, whose mission is to champion women both behind and in front of the camera by creating opportunities for underrepresented creatives and striving to contribute to a more inclusive and compassionate film industry where authentic representation is prioritized.

Rebecca is also an actress. Her credits include the series Bon Cop Bad Cop (Crave 2026), Revival (NBC/Crave 2025), Mont-Rouge (Radio-Canada ICI Tele 2025) and Garde-Partagee (Unis TV 2022). She's voiced characters in the animated series, Lil Glooscap & the Legends of Turtle Island (APTN) and the audiobook, Fortune of Wolves. She starred in the short films, Motherbaby Runs a Race (2026), HUM (2023), Good Mom (2023) and Bad Therapy (2021).

Cathy Verreault

Bio:

Originally from Quebec, Cathy Verreault has lived in NB since 1991.

Cathy has been writing for years and published her first children’s book in 2012 (Un monstre dans ma maison). Since then, seven more books have been written (three adult and five children’s books) under her own publishing company: Editions de l’Ancre.

Cathy’s next creative objective is to make a film based on her most recent novel:  LETTERS LOST IN TIME: Last Journey to Freedom, inspired by a love letter written in 1942 and found by accident in a garage sale 30 years ago. Unfortunately, the letter writer died in a plane crash in the Netherlands in April 1944. Cathy focuses her story on WWII in this suspenseful historical novel.

Cathy is also a member of AAAPNB and an actress with Fous de la scène théâtre company in Fredericton.

Hutch Vicaire

Bio:

Hutch Vicaire is an Indigenous filmmaker currently in his third year studying Creative Writing and Film at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton. He deeply cares about film and hopes to eventually break into the industry. He loves being on set and collaborating with a passionate crew to bring meaningful stories to life. 

He is open to taking on any role to support fellow filmmakers' productions. 

Hutch is currently in pre-production on an upcoming crime short film that he wrote and is directing. This project is also in collaboration with fellow co-op members. 

This past year, Hutch has worked as a Production Assistant on the major set of the upcoming Bon Cop, Bad Cop series which will be releasing on Crave in Spring 2026.

Additionally, he worked as a Production Assistant, Extra, and On-Set Photographer on the Bell Fibe TV series 8 Cafés. He also participated in the Fredericton 48 Hour Film Competition for the first time, earning four nomination and winning three awards.
